Books are my favorite. I hoard them. Actually my friend Emily says it’s not hoarding as long as you have enough bookshelves to hold them all. So I’m good, at least for a little while.

Here are a few of my wishes, and some I’ve either gotten or borrowed and loved!

1// How to Be An Explorer of the World ($11.44) – I have her book “Wreck This Journal,” and love it. It’s a fun, crazy way to boost your creativity. And this book would have gone everywhere with me as a kid. I’ll be buying it for my boys when they’re a little older. And I might just get myself a copy.

2// Home Made Summer ($35) – Gorgeous. I had my paws on this in Anthropologie and was drooling over it. The whole Home Made line of books is on my wish list.

3// Sprouted Kitchen ($25) – I love the Sprouted Kitchen blog. And this book. Let me tell you, we gave this to Luke’s mom for Christmas, and she¬†almost didn’t get it.

4// Notes From The Tilt-A-Whirl ($14.99) – This book is just…wow. If you are sad or down, just go read it. It’s prose, but completely like poetry. Uplifting, reflective, incredible. I read it several times a year, and always get something new out of it. ND Wilson has a sequel to this coming out later this year, and I can’t wait.

5// Where Chefs Eat ($19.95) – Luke and I love travel, and we love food. I want to get this amazing book that shows the best places all over the world, and then I want to methodically go to every single one. I can dream, can’t I?

6// Bi-Rite Eat Good Food ($21.86) – I have their ice cream book, and it’s the best. Visiting Bi-Rite, both the market and the ice cream shop, is on my bucket list, and I’d love to try the food in this book.

Share your favorite beautiful books with me! I’m always on the lookout for new books to hoard!
